A 4-month Intensive lifestyle-nutrition program with real-time monitoring & health coaching

Initial Visit

Comprehensive Evaluation & Diagnostics

The initial appointment 

You will come into our office for your initial assessment "Except for Online Health Coaching".  We will start our visit with focusing on the root causes of the metabolic syndrome by teaching you the concept of hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance.  We will review your metabolic testing results when available and how to improve them over time.  You will receive much information in the form of nutritional handouts, books recommendations, podcasts to help you learn more.  Your initial consultation is typically 60-90 minutes long.  

Our Program Is Smart & Connected

When you begin our program you will receive a smart scale "included" that sends data back to our office for assessing your progress.  We will monitor your weight loss and improve your body composition through the smart scale. 

Month 1

Following Your Weekly Progress

Close follow-up for 2 months. 

For the first 2 months, we will have weekly follow up visits - remote or in office to track your progress.  We will help to keep you on track by getting you into fat-adaptation - where you body prefers to use fat as dominant fuel source over glucose.  We will follow your blood glucose, blood ketone, body composition, and more during this time.  We will adjust visit schedule to bi-weekly visits (1x/2wk) for remainder of the program.  

Month 2

Metabolic Fine Tuning

Comparing your metabolic markers

At 2 months mark or half-way through our program, we will repeat your fasting lab metabolic blood work.  We will review the progress and trends of these blood bio-markers.  We will make adjustments as necessary to optimize your results.    

Month 3

Fasting & Fitness

Accelerate Fat Loss

At your 3 month visit,  we will start to emphasize longer fasting regiments and/or physical activity to accelerate fat loss and improve your body composition.  

Month 4

Be Fat-Burner for life

Life long success 

You will have received the most up-to-date nutritional science by now.   You will have learned what it takes to be successful in life.  We will review the concept of Low-Carb Ketogenic way of life for daily living vs birthday/holiday/vacation.  We will review strategies how to get back into fat-burning if life throws you a curve ball.  

You may also choose to transition into our Direct Primary Care Program at the end of  the Medical Weight Loss Program to continue receiving support, encouragement, and accountability.  We will waive the initiation fee "worth $100" at that point.
